Important Information About Upcoming Maintenance

  • November 4 and 5, 2016

    Bank Independent will be making enhancements to our system infrastructure beginning Friday, November 4, 2016.
    We´d like for you to be aware of some temporary limitations that may affect your banking as we complete this maintenance:

    • Online Account Opening: Online Account Opening will be unavailable from approximately 11 p.m. Friday, November 4, until 9:30 a.m. Saturday, November 5.

    • Independent Express: Independent Express WILL NOT be available from approximately 11 p.m. Friday, November 4, until 9:30 a.m. Saturday, November 5.
    • Online Banking, Mobile Banking and Bill Pay: Online Banking, Mobile Banking and Bill Pay WILL NOT be available from approximately 11 p.m. Friday, November 4, until 9:30 a.m. Saturday, November 5.


    To avoid inadvertent overspending and keep an accurate balance during this temporary maintenance, we recommend that you log all transactions in your check register.
