    Our new One-Click Bill Pay dashboard is easier and more secure.

    On November 6, Bank Independent’s consumer Online Bill Pay will be upgraded to a “One Click” experience! Don’t worry, though. Your current settings, your payee listing, payment history and all of your other Bill Pay information will not be affected with this upgrade.

    You’ll just see some great new features including:

    • Our one-page Bill Pay dashboard
    Bill Pay Dashboard
        • Lists all of your payees and payment options so you can schedule multiple payments at once
        • Displays a 45-day history of bill payments you’ve made
        • Displays a listing of payments that are pending
    • A simplified Person-to-Person payment process
        • Your Person-to-Person payment recipients will be listed with your payees for convenient, one-click payment
        • Managing a lost or forgotten Person-to-Person payee keyword is easier than ever
    • Simple tabs instead of drop-down menus make navigation easier

    On your first login to Bill Pay on November 6, you’ll be greeted by a welcome screen explaining these enhancements. Not a Bill Pay subscriber? Online Banking users can get started just by clicking the Bill Pay tab in your Online Banking session.
