Bank Independent Systems Upgrade

  • Statement Downloading

Our former Online Banking system will remain available for your reference until June 18, 2013.  To access that system, please return to the Online Banking Sign In box on the bibank.com home page and select "Former Consumer Online Banking system" from the Choose Your Online Service drop-down list.  Enter the User ID and Password you used with the former system.  Please remember this system is in "read-only" mode and information reflected has not been updated since April 18, 2013.  If you would like to download your historical statements, please follow the steps below:

    • Log in to the Former Consumer Online Banking system
    • On the ACCOUNTS OVERVIEW page, select the account from your Account List from which you would like to download statements
    • Click on DOCUMENTS
    • Select the DOCUMENT TYPE you would like to download (choose Checking Statement with Images and/or Savings Statement with Images)
    • Select the DATE RANGE of the statements you’d like to download
    • Click the SUBMIT button, and wait for the system to process your request
    • From the AVAILABLE DOCUMENTS listing, click on either the name of the statement (for example, “Checking Account Statements-12_11_2012-JANE SUSAN DOE”) or click on the SAVE icon to the right of the statement name.
    • You will be prompted to OPEN or SAVE the statement. To save, click SAVE or SAVE AS and download the statement to your computer, disk or flash drive.
    • Repeat this process for each statement you’d like to save.
